CHARLOTTE, NC – - Easter Seals UCP (United Cerebral Palsy), a community focused nonprofit serving children and adults with disabilities and mental health challenges, is holding an event to educate the community about various mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse programs and services available in Mecklenburg County and how to navigate and gain access to these services.
