Parking meter rates go up with New Year (Chicago Tribune)
CBS 2 reports: After New Year’s Eve, the rate to park in the Loop area will go from $3.50 to $4.25 each hour. Just outside the central business district, the rate will go from $2 to $2.50. Elsewhere, it goes up a quarter an hour. Get the full story: cbs2chicago.com
