Please don’t think I’m the Anti-Cupid, but I usually don’t go out to eat on Feb. 14. Valentine’s Day is the second-busiest day of the year for restaurants, which makes it the dining-out equivalent of shopping at the mall on the Saturday before Christmas. And while that can be fun, it can also be unpleasantly busy and crowded.
